Assisting local companies with Wellness programs to help lower the cost of health care and promote healthier lifestyle changes for their employees. Our Wellness Coordinators work closely with departments of Methodist Hospital such as Dietary, Laboratory, Therapy Services, and Education & Research to provide the following on-site services:

Certified Adult CPR and/or First Aid Diabetes Awareness Diet & Nutrition Classes Exercise Programs Flu / Hepatitis Immunizations Health Fairs Health Risk Appraisals Nurse Is In Program Smoking Cessation Program Stress Management Weight loss programs
